Website Services

Who supports the website.

The website is published as static pages on Vercel, which hosts and delivers them and keeps short-lived technical request logs. When a family sends the enquiry form, the details are delivered by Resend, an email delivery service, to the school office’s Google Workspace mailboxes, and a short acknowledgement is emailed to the parent from no-reply@newactivityschool.com. Vercel Web Analytics counts page visits without cookies or personal data. Google Analytics 4 runs in Google’s consent mode: without a visitor’s acceptance it stores nothing on the device. Each provider processes only what it needs to provide its service to NAS; none of them may use enquiry details for its own purposes.

Analytics

Your choice decides the cookies.

We count visits in two ways. Vercel Web Analytics counts page views, the pages people come from and device types, without cookies and without personal data. Google Analytics 4 runs in Google’s consent mode: until you accept, it sets no cookies and sends Google only anonymous, cookieless signals. If you accept, it may use analytics cookies to understand visits and actions such as admission enquiries, visit, phone, WhatsApp, email and directions clicks. Advertising cookies, advertising personalisation and Google signals are off for everyone. We never send names, phone numbers, email addresses or messages to either service.

The site stores your analytics choice in your browser so it asks only once. Use the “Privacy choices” button at any time to review and change that decision.

Use and sharing

Enquiry information is used to answer the family, discuss programme fit, arrange a visit and provide requested admission guidance. It is not used for advertising or sold through this website.

Retention

An enquiry that does not lead to an admission is deleted from the school office mailboxes within six months of the last contact with the family. When a child is admitted, the enquiry becomes part of the school’s admission record and is kept under the school’s records policy instead. The email delivery service (Resend) keeps its copy of each sent email for 30 days and then deletes it; hosting request logs are technical and short-lived. The school office (admin@newactivityschool.com) owns this schedule and reviews the enquiry mailbox each term. A parent can ask at any time for the record connected with their enquiry to be deleted.

Access, correction or deletion

A parent or guardian may ask NAS to explain, correct or delete information submitted through the website, subject to any record the school is required to retain. Email admin@newactivityschool.com.

Children’s information

The website enquiry is intended for a parent or guardian. Please do not submit sensitive child records through the short enquiry form. Detailed documents should be shared only through the process confirmed by the school office.

Security

We use HTTPS and apply website, hosting, account and email-security controls. No internet service can promise absolute security; contact the school promptly if an enquiry or communication appears suspicious.

Updates and contact

This notice is version 2.3, effective 16 September 2026. Material changes should be reflected here. Privacy questions can be sent to the school office at the address on the contact page.

Children and Photography

Child dignity comes before content.

School photographs and learning documentation should be handled thoughtfully, with appropriate family permissions and attention to the child’s dignity and context.

Photography and original visual material published on this website are protected by their applicable copyright and are not licensed for reuse unless NAS states otherwise in writing. Archive or illustrative images remain subject to their documented permissions and source terms.
